Our full-service interior design work helps property owners achieve a higher-end tailored result from interior architectural finishing to furniture and decor including lighting, wallcovering, window treatments, outdoor furniture and more.
An overview of our design process:
1- Consult with you in reviewing your property, goals, budget, and any existing plans.
2- Design spaces to meet these goals, and communicate this to you and your contractor with architectural drawings, sketches, visual aids and material samples.
3-Finalize selections of materials, finishes, and furniture, acquire pricing for your approval.
4- Execute the purchasing process so furniture begins production and decorative lighting and finish materials arrive for your contractor to install.
5- Collaborate with your contractor and/or architect, we visit the job site as needed to see that the project is built according to the design.
6- Once any construction is complete, our team of installers place the furnishings and finishing touches under our direction.
Throughout the process, we advocate for you, your budget, and the design to give you a great result.
